Welcoming new clients!
My mission is to help people solve their pain challenges by assessing and treating for imbalances in body and lifestyle, then creating a treatment plan that restores muscular balance, joint harmony and optimal function and performance.
As a Licensed CHEK Practitioner with advanced training in corrective therapies and high-performance kinesiology, I use this informed understanding of the human body and its systems to address health concerns and aid others in moving holistically towards a pain free life. The CHEK system, developed by Paul Chek, stands for Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology which is a body based system that also involves lifestyle management and coaching. In session, I utilize CHEK and orthopedic assessments to discover areas that may contribute to discomfort in the body. Hands-on treatments such as assisted stretching and soft tissue release address muscular tension and dysfunction, joint mobility, and more. To improve functionality, we'll incorporate stabilizing and corrective exercises that empower confident movement.
In 2020, I began my journey to become a CHEK Practitioner. Before that, I spent 15 years in the concrete business. Beginning as a sales representative and ending my career as a Vice President, my 15 years in the precast concrete business were both challenging and rewarding. However, my one love has always been helping people feel better. Since adopting the 6 foundational principles of holistic health myself, I have lost 50lbs and gained 10lbs of muscle. We are a system of systems, so reaching your health goals takes a holistic program with thoughtful design and coaching.
I am a lifelong metro Atlanta resident and attended Kennesaw State University. I live in Kirkwood with my wife Georgia and dog Frida. In addition to my passion for health & wellness, I am an avid golfer and snowboarder, and I enjoy playing guitar and doing most anything outside.
